MARKET RESEARCH

Focus group sessions–including participant recruitment, question development, moderator services and analysis–are a regular part of our marketing and communication services. LH&A can design and analyze target audience questionnaires and surveys to discover key data, opinions and trends that can drive communications tactics.

SPECIAL EVENT PROGRAMMING

LH&A handles theme development, arrangement of vendors and partners, execution of event-day activities and follow up events such as groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings, community programming, business seminars, fundraisers and gala celebrations.

CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS

When the next words that a company says–or doesn’t say–matters, we provide direction and oversight. We design and implement crisis communication protocols and policy-setting so that measures are in place to deal with random and potentially negative situations, and conduct media practice sessions to ensure appropriate responses.

MEDIA RELATIONS

We identify and compile key media groups that impact and influence our client’s industries and target audiences, then develop or strengthen relationships with key reporters, editors and story-assignment personnel. LH&A invests heavily in media relations on a daily basis by maintaining two-way communication with our media relationships, including recommending stories, providing resources and “helping a reporter out” in every instance. We are known for our integrity, honesty, 24/7 availability and ability to deliver information to the media immediately and before deadline.

FOCUS GROUP RESEARCH

LH&A conducts numerous focus group sessions annually, covering a wide range of topics including residential and commercial real estate, banking, retail and consumer public opinion. We function as a “full-service” coordination role, handling all aspects of the project from recruitment, questionnaire development and moderation to analysis. We also handle the research on a project, such as providing professional moderation services.
We have become adept at utilizing focus group research to detect or confirm key opinions about an industry or product. One local residential real estate development company consistently utilizes our focus group capability to determine product price points, to gauge consensus about the proper product to build in a community and to sample the marketability of a new subdivision.

ADVERTISING

Our creative advertising consistently establishes industry awareness, generates leads or simulates to action.
We listen intently to the needs and priorities of our clients, so we can deliver advertising that specifically addresses the company’s specific requirements. LH&A provides a variety of headlines and conceptual layouts in our advertising creative that solves a company’s marketing challenge using different techniques and approaches.
Additionally, we produce numerous radio and television commercials and marketing videos.

COLLATERAL MATERIALS

We have in-depth experience in the development of annual reports, product brochures, marketing flyers, sell sheets, event invitations, newsletters and direct mail pieces. LH&A manages the full-spectrum of this production including conceptual development, copywriting, photography, graphic and artwork design and print management.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

In many respects, public relations is our company’s forte. We invest a great deal of energy in establishing open, positive relationships with key industry reporters and editors. We utilize these valuable contacts to position our clients as leaders in their respective industries and as “quotable” resources. The development and placement of press releases, features stories and by-lined articles is a regular part of our services. In addition, we coordinate special events to draw increased attention to a particular project or company.
